If you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy contractor look no further. Marco, the owner and founder of N90 construction is at his job site from start to finish, his employees have been with him for years and have a proven track record of being able to start and finish each project to your highest standards. Last year in October of 2015, I had Marco start a major renovation on our house. Our renovation included a major remodeling on all three bathrooms, installation of wood floors in all 6 bedrooms, Install a rock wall on both the downstairs and upstairs fireplaces, we removed the downstairs entry, kitchen and hallway flooring and install all new Spanish tiles. We had the whole staircase replaced from wood to iron rods, and painted the entire interior of the house. In addition, We also included a cleanup of our backyard bar and BBQ area.
The whole project took a total of 4.5 -5 months from start to completion.
In the midst of the project, Marco made sure that a 1/2 hour a day was dedicated to cleaning their work areas.
I left valuables, paperwork and jewelry while the time N90 construction was there; Marcos team of contractors showed the highest integrity and dedicated service to make sure that we as a family had a sense of " being home" while construction was taking place. Marco is a MUST contractor for anybody looking to receive services in the evergreen, silver creek county club area. I've lived in my home for 45 years. Making the decision to remodel was easy; finding someone I trusted was the hard part. After meeting with Marco and discussing what my vision was and listening to his suggestions, explanation of the process, materials, and cost, it was clear to me we were on the same page. He made sure I understood the process and was comfortable with it before work began. My first project was installing hardwood flooring on the main floor of my house, including my kitchen. His team arrived when scheduled, kept me informed on the daily tasks and cleaned up after themselves each day. I was and still am extremely pleased with my floors and the high quality of his work, so much so, that I had Marco remodel my upstairs bedrooms, bathroom and balcony. I now love my home! Marco and his crew were fantastic. We recent had a water damage problem from a leaked water heater. Came out the next day after I had contacted him and quoted me a very reasonable price with a four-day window estimate to finish the job. They finished it on time and with quality. Everyone has been professional, and the daily communications helped a great deal, especially for someone like me who has a hectic work schedule. They also kept the rest of our place clean and undisturbed during the project. I plan to have another renovation project with them a few months down the road. Highly recommended.
